a year in oxford
Today marks a year since I’ve moved to Oxford :D
I found the immigration stamp dated exactly one year ago while looking through my passport the other day and could not believe how it’s already been a year. Within this year, I’ve been able to do a lot- including (almost) finishing my masters degree, traveling to Greece+France+Scotland, reuniting with old friends, living with new flatmates, spending quality time with Kylan, and making friendships that’ll hopefully last a lifetime :)
These past weekends, I’ve had fun days walking around Oxford with my flatmates visiting the botanical garden and the colleges of Oxford University. It was a great reminder of how lucky I am to be able to be here in a place surrounded by historical buildings and beautiful views. Here are some pictures from the walks:D
There’s been lots of ups and downs living here, especially these last few months while I was on a hunt for a full-time job. Thankfully, I’ve found a place that has given me the opportunity to start from October right here in Oxford and am very much excited to see what this opportunity brings me!
