green july

I hope you’re all well and finding ways to enjoy this surprisingly cool summer if you are in the UK as I am! While the south of Europe is boiling in the heat, it’s crazy that we’re experiencing no heatwave whatsoever (not that I’m complaining!) For me July has been a month of reading and planting for the most part, which has been soothing for the soul to say the least🌱

I now have three additional plant babies with me in my room and they are all thriving despite the lack of sunshine they get on a daily basis. I especially like the hair plant and I’ve been enjoying the weekly hair trimming I get to do since it grows hair so quickly! The little fellow next to it is the Wisteria bonsai seed I planted at the beginning of the month. I’m not quite sure if this is the bonsai or a random weed but we will find out in due time :) I’m crossing my fingers that it is the bonsai or else I have been watching a weed grow this whole month😂

I also got to meet up with Rosalie in London so I’ll do a separate post on that trip since it was a fun packed weekend with lots of food and catching up! Stay safe and enjoy the summer everyone!
